On the recommendation of a number of people we used Mary at Loan Finder for our original home loan and I can confidently say she's the reason that we have our house. She worked her magic to get us approved and into a great property. She's brilliant and knows every nuance of the mortgage business. We have since used her services for multiple re-fi's and she knocks it out of the park every time. She's kind. She's prompt. She responds quickly. She knows her stuff. I highly recommend her!

Wow!!!  Wish I could give a rating of 100 stars!  I've used Loan Finder for several transactions, and have always been totally happy.  Mary patiently makes what could be an overwhelming and daunting process simple and easy to get through quickly.  Always extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and tops everything off with being personable and a pleasure to work with.  I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Home buying was really easy as our loan broker Mary Margedant guided my husband and I through the complex process. She definitely went the extra yard on multiple occasions. The LoanFinder team is incredible, professional, thorough... and HONEST. They won't try to rip you off or sell you something you don't need. They just truly want to help you get the best loan/re-fi at the best interest rate. I specifically want to give a shout-out to my broker Mary Margedant, who is THE BOMB DOT COM! She was recommended to me by 2 friends who loved her... I've used her twice and recommended her to 3 of my friends/family members---and they all were very satisfied customers. Mary is patient with all the red tape that banks, employers etc throw at her, and always finds a way to jump through the hoops and make it work. I wish there were TEN STARS, because she deserves it!

Before I met Mary I did not trust loan brokers at all. Mary has been so honest and she delivers on what she tells you. I have done several loans through loan finders. They are easy to work with and always find the best rate. My husband and I have been pleased for many years. I have recommended married to several friends. She's the greatest.
